I am doing well. Good road trip with Gabe heading back to Geiger. We have moved to http://usmc.yuku.com/forums/103 - the big board!!! Took over the chat room last night. It was GREAT. Join us there.

Got a letter this week all is good. Says he all over being sick. They are doing good just very hot.
I sent you a e-mail with his info for the slide show. But I only have a picture if him when he was 5 and I don't know how to get it on the computer and send it to you.

Yea, my son is in 1061 and thier DI told them they could receive powdered PowerAde or energy bars from family and friends but you have to send enough for the entire platoon.... 79 guys.

Hi Kpeach

Thanks for taking this big project on. Appreciate it. Just wanted to kind of touch base and introduce myself. My name is Trina. My son is also in plt. 1061. I have been getting ltrs and journals from him about two times a week. I might get 2 or 3 at a time. He has been doing well and at this time seems well adjusted. The most excited part for him so far is looking at his chest and seeing the U.S. Marine patch. WOW. I miss him greatly, as I am sure we all do. Though time seems to be going faster my heartache doesn't seem to be getting better. I would love for you to respond and tell me about yourself. Take care. God bless.

I sent you the flyers to your email. There are 4 to a page. Cut them up. Mail them and ask your recruit to pass them out. The boys can then send them home in a letter to their families. I hope that helps
